1. Mode of Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, namely, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal; first priority for safe and secure online payment. PayPal is easier and more secure than sending a check or money order, and it act as a third party vendor to help ensure that we not taken advantage of. Stay safe with Paypal. It is a secure and trusted payment processing service which allows you to shop online. Buyers can pay with their credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) — all without having a PayPal account.

2. Guaranteed for Safe Shopping

We take responsibility for your online payment is completely safe and secured. No other fees or hidden charges will be incurred out of the stated price in our store. In other words, total price equals to stated product price + shipping cost.

3. Combined Shipment

Combined shipment helps to save money on shipping cost. We are happy to tailor to your request. Conditions applied to all purchased items are ship to the same premises at the same arrival date. Please email us your selected paintings, in order to revise the total price based on your requirements. Official quote will be sent to requestor via email.

4. Acknowledgement of Payment Receipt

All buyers will receive a payment acknowledgement by our registered emails with Paypal. This is to ensure that we have received your prompt payment without any delay. And to serve as an assurance to your order that has been processed immediately. Sample of your purchased paintings in small jpeg files (less than 8kb each) will be included. Please let us know if you have an alternate email address, in the event of emails not received, spam or blocked.

5. Shipping Tracking Number

Your purchased items are normally shipped out of the warehouse within 12 business days. On the day it ship out, you should receive a tracking number that night or the next morning. If you do not receive a tracking number within 12 business day after your payment is completed, please contact us.

6. Shipping address update

Payments via PayPal will ship to your PayPal address of record. It is buyer’s responsibility to update detail in Paypal. Should there be a change of ship-to address, please notify us immediately. We will do our best to update to your given detail.

7. Estimate Delivery Time:-

Total delivery time is defined as processing time plus shipping time.

• Processing Time (8 – 12 Days). Is made up of order transaction and all in-house activities, such as stock check, painting works if stock-out, quality inspection, packing and labeling.

• Shipping Time (6 – 9 Days) for standard transit in US, Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii. Other locations may differ from our standard duration.

8. Normal Delivery time-frame:-

Standard duration will be 14 – 21 business days. It is advisable to refer to above “Estimate Delivery Time” for understanding.

9. Delays in Delivery

Appointed forwarders shall make reasonable effort to deliver your tem according to delivery schedules which are estimated only, not guaranteed. The deliveries are subjected to possible delays including not limited to delays by customs or government authorities of destination country. However, some common causes may be prevented. Below listed will help us to minimize delays.

• Incorrect mailing address or zip code used in the order. Shipping companies can’t deliver and may send the packages back to us. Please update mailing address in Paypal or email us to correct detail.

• No one at the ship-to address to accept the package. Some courier may make three attempts to deliver a package. If it can’t be delivered, the shipping company may send the package back to us.

• Stock outs. We try to contact customers in case of a stock out that delay orders for more than two business days. Painting process will take about 4~ 6 days to complete, not including order processing, sourcing, quality inspection and packing.

• Product damaged during transit caused by lost or mishandling at cargo freight. Shipping insurance are covered, therefore, replacement order will be processed and ship out immediately.

• During peak seasons, shipping companies often do not guarantee any shipment a couple of weeks before Christmas & New Year. Make your gift arrangements early.

10. Approved Vendor for Our Courier Service

Only internationally recognized and reliable courier service will be labeled in our Approved Vendor List. There are DHL, TNT, UPS, Fedex and EMS. There are secured and trusted services to deliver purchased item right to your door step safe and sound.

11. Imported Custom Tax/ Duties/ VAT

We don’t add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay what you see on the checkout page, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost. However – In most countries in the world you have to pay taxes on imported goods. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order. If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways for you to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), we are more than happy to follow your instructions regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc. Just tell us what you need and we will let you know what we can do to help. In general, we declared the custom value as US$40.

12. Packing Standards

All paintings are ensured that there are completely dry and quality inspected, before there are being pack. Insurance inclusive for damages/lost during shipping transit. There are 3 standard types of packing standards.

A) Packing standards for single stretcher not more than 20” x 24”

• Styrofoam to cushion stretcher interior.

• First layer, film wrapped or bubble wrapped

• Outer layer with strong protective wrapper.

B) Packing standards for bigger stretchers or more than 2 sets:-

• Corners protected by slot-in card-bard

• Film-Wrapped to protect painting surface and water-proofing

• Light resilient foam inside carton box to protect from rough handling.

C) Packing standards for paintings unstretched:-

• Loosely rolled with bubble wrapper

• Placed it into polymer tube,

• Seal it to ensure water-proofing.

13. Without-Deliberate Labeling Error

We ensure to put in our utmost effort to achieve labeling accuracy, equivalent to the title printed on the item. Any error that has occurred is not by deliberate intention, however, due to unforeseen circumstances such typo. This are rare occasion and do hope to minimize whenever possible.

14. All Oil Paintings are 100% Handmade

All paintings displayed in your gallery such as museum masterpiece or famous artist are classified as replicas (unless stated clearly stated as “AUTHENTIC”). We do not sell fake paintings, such as art paper prints or pretentious posters that you can find at shopping malls. All listings are genuine handmade oil paintings reproduction.

15. Insurance

All items delivered are covered by shipping insurance during transit time. This is to assure your purchased items will reach to your premises safely.

16. Erroneous Shipment

In the event of erroneous shipment for sending wrong product, buyers have to notify us with photographs as evidence of proof. Immediate replacement order will be processed. In addition, we offer buyers to have an opportunity to choose another item of similar or higher value and top up the difference. However, if the exchanged item is of a lower value than the item being exchanged, the excess amount shall be carried over as merchandise credit to be utilized with buyer’s next purchase.

17. Satisfaction Guaranteed with Refund

We believed in working closely with every individual customer to ensure your purchased item with 100% satisfaction guaranteed. All products are in good condition at point of mailing. Below are 4 binding commitments to fulfill your expectation. Refund is guaranteed if any of below statement has disappointed you.

A) We always_acknowledge_receipt of your payment by our Paypal registered email, attached with thumbnail-size picture of your painting selected. File is less than 8 Kb.

B) Issuing of tracking number to_ensure_traceability of your purchased items for shipping transit. Notify us if buyer failed to receive within 21 days, which is least likely to happen. Please refer to point #4 in “Shipping Tracking Number”.

C) One set of photograph of completed painting send to buyers for review and comment. This allow buyer to make minor changes and improvement at_no_extra cost. Photograph is only limited to resizing, and will maintain its original color setting without pre-processing with editor tool. In addition, we try to limit the attachment size to 300Kb.

D) Every monitor of LCD display may produce different visual interpretation, due to its setting in brightness, contrast and saturation of colors. Therefore, we understand based on our photograph, buyers usually approved to proceed with shipment. As such, we further assured our buyers with 7 days returned and refund policy, started on the date of item received. Refund excludes shipping cost when your product has been shipped.

18. Returned and Refund Policy within 7 days

Products with quality problems, if notified within_7_days (from the date products were received) can be returned and refunded. Item must return in its original packaging. 100% refund on you purchased item, once we received the product. Shipping cost is not inclusive. Buyers are responsible for charges incurred on retuning and handling.

19. Returned and Replaced Policy within 14 days

Products with quality problems, if notified within_14_days (from the date products were received) can be returned and refunded. Item must return in its original packaging. Once we received the product, a replacement order on your purchased item will proceed immediately, shipping cost is not inclusive. Buyers are responsible for charges incurred on retuning and handling.

20. Return Procedure

Notification via email, including photographs pictured as evidence of proof on damages or discrepancies. Proper procedure and instructions will be sent to buyers, prior to shipping a returned order. Shipping cost is not inclusive. Buyers are responsible for charges incurred on retuning and handling. Unless otherwise, situation are erroneous shipment caused by us. Please refer to point#15 on “Erroneous Shipment”

21. Feedbacks

As a seller, it is our goal to make every step of your purchase goes perfectly, from start to finish. We always stand firm on our product if customer satisfaction has not met his/her requirement. Likewise, when you receive your item and all is in good order, please leave a positive feedback. This will tell us that everything was as it should be. If you receive a damaged or defective item, the terms of sale require that you, the buyer, agree to inform the seller of the details and provide seller with a reasonable opportunity to correct any problem. Buyers shall agree to not to post neutral or negative feedback for mishaps or errors caused by the shipper or local delivery service, or events that are beyond our control.
